PremiumThis is our most inclusive package with which we take charge and eliminate all the pressure and stress of coordinating the wedding but design it with your taste and style in mind. We will also accompany you to appointments, assist with your attire selection, and coordinate a beautiful ceremony and reception down to the last detail so that you may enjoy your special day.

 

I. Initial Complimentary Consultation as in the Basic & Standard Package

II. Recap & Planning Meeting (to be scheduled after receipt of 20% deposit and signing of contract)

  • Vendor referrals
  • Venue advice, comparisons and recommendations
  • Monthly review of budget and revise as needed
  • Prepare calendar of payments, deadlines and appointments
  • Create and provide customized task list within 5-7 business days after meeting
  • Create and provide customized budget and payment worksheet within 5-7 business days after meeting
  • Arrange and attend all vendor meetings
  • Act as liaison between you and all vendors
  • Arrange and attend Venue previews
  • Create a personalized design concept within 5-7 business days after meetings
  • Accompany bride and groom to choose attire for the wedding
  • Offer guidance with proper etiquette
  • Provide information on obtaining marriage license
  • Provide personalized wedding binder
  • Provide list of accommodations for out of town guests

III. Midway Status Meeting

  • Review vendors
  • Review venue selected and discuss floor plan, rain plan and layout
  • Review contracts
  • Discuss additional services needed such as lighting, beverage, entertainment, etc.
  • Review and revise customized task list if needed
  • Review and revise customized budget and payment worksheet if needed

 

Plus……

  • Vendor follow-up and confirmations
  • Review all vendor contracts and discuss
  • Review wedding checklist and revise
  • Assist with design of Wedding and Grooms cake
  • Assist with selection, ideas and wording for invitations, programs and save the date cards
  • Assist with design and wording of menu cards and place cards
  • Discuss favors for reception
  • Assist with design of seating chart

IV. Final Meeting - Review of Overall Plan (40 days prior to wedding)

  • Discuss wedding ceremony, music, design and style
  • Discuss who will perform each task at the ceremony
  • Design lineup of wedding party and discuss cueing
  • Schedule and attend on-site planning meeting with Venue
  • Schedule and attend on-site planning meeting with Caterer, Florist and other vendors
  • Finalize vendor list and times of deliveries
  • Review all vendor contracts
  • Provide detailed timeline and floor plan within 5-7 business days after meeting.

 

Plus…

  • Final Walk-through
  • Meet at venue to discuss and finalize floor plan, menu and rain plan
  • Meet with florist to review plan and design for wedding and reception
  • Meet with caterer and bar beverage service to finalize plans

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Wedding consultant will attend rehearsal for up to 2 hours
  • Direct rehearsal flow, advice, coordinate and suggest ceremony details
  • Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony duties

Wedding Day

  • Wedding consultant will arrive 2-3 hours prior to wedding start time
  • Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or tardy vendors as needed
  • Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, etc.
  • Oversee vendor arrival & become main point of contact for vendors
  • Ensure timeline is followed and according to plan
  • Ensure décor is set according to plan
  • Pin flowers on family and attendants, distribute bouquets and oversee all other floral placements
  • Transport items from ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
  • Direct wedding ceremony and reception
  • Bustle bridal gown for reception
  • Direct reception flow with introduction of bride and groom, first dance, cake cutting and toast
  • Design, direct and plan bride and grooms exit
  • Box up all remaining cake, prepare to go meal if needed, and distribute favors to guests.
  • Help load gifts, personal items and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to assigned persons
