I. Initial Complimentary Consultation

  • Review desired wedding, style, theme, color scheme, and size of wedding
  • Review desired venue and vendors
  • Wedding budget discussion
  • Review and discuss coordinator agreement
  • Review and discuss Magical Marriages payment schedule

II. Walk-through Meeting (preferably at the venue & scheduled after receipt of deposit)

  • Discuss floor-plan and timeline
  • Discuss who will perform each task at the ceremony
  • Discuss lineup and cueing of wedding party
  • Finalize vendor list and times of deliveries
  • Magical Marriages will call and confirm vendor arrival times

Wedding Rehearsal

  • Wedding consultant will attend rehearsal for up to 2 hours
  • Direct rehearsal flow, advice, coordinate and suggest ceremony details
  • Discuss who will be responsible for ceremony duties

Wedding Day (up to 8 hours)

  • Wedding planner and assistant will arrive 2-3 hours prior to wedding start time
  • Distribute any remaining payments or gratuities to vendors as needed
  • Handle any discrepancies, last minute details, bridal party issues or tardy vendors as needed
  • Oversee vendor arrival & become main point of contact for vendors
  • Ensure décor and timeline is followed and according to plan
  • Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, etc.
  • Distribute flowers/bouquets and oversee all other floral placements
  • Transport items from ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
  • Direct wedding ceremony and reception
  • Bustle bridal gown for reception
  • Direct cueing of bride and groom entrance, first dance, cake cutting and toast
  • Direct and plan bride and groom exit
  • Box up all remaining cake, prepare to go meal if needed, and distribute favors to guests.
  • Help load gifts, personal items and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to assigned persons

Package Price: $750 Friday-Saturday, $550 Sunday-Thursday

Magical Marriages also offers a la carte services such as:

  • Meet with venue manager and vendors to discuss contracts
  • Assist with invitations
  • Create a customized task list, budget sheet, and floor plan
  • Create reservation cards
  • Pick up flowers and cake (size limit applies)
  • Return tuxedos & any other equipment
  • Create centerpieces
  • Create and maintain wedding website
  • Attend any other required meetings, etc.
