BasicThis is the perfect "day-of" package for the bridal couple who has the time and desire to plan all of the wedding details but needs assistance the day of the wedding.   


I. Initial Complimentary Consultation

  • Review desired wedding, style, theme, color scheme, and size of wedding
  • Review desired venue and vendors
  • Wedding budget discussion
  • Review and discuss coordinator contract
  • Review and discuss Magical Marriages payment schedule
  • Vendor referrals
  • Venue advice
  • Budget review

III. Final Review Meeting (at least 10 days prior to wedding & scheduled after receipt of deposit)

  • Discuss wedding ceremony, music, design and style
  • Discuss who will perform each task at the ceremony
  • Discuss lineup of wedding party and discuss cueing
  • Finalize vendor list and times of deliveries

Magical Marriages will help with the following:

* Wedding planner and assistant will arrive when the bride and groom desire or as soon as we can begin decorating
* Set-up items: toasting glasses, cake cutter, guest book, place cards, photos, etc.
* Ensure time-line is followed and according to plan
* Ensure décor is set according to plan
* Pin flowers on family and attendants, distribute bouquets and oversee all other floral placements
* Transport items from ceremony to reception (size limits apply)
* Direct wedding ceremony and reception (this will require attending and knowing the details of the rehearsal)
* Bustle bridal gown for reception
* Direct reception flow
* Box up all remaining cake, prepare to go meal if needed, and distribute favors to guests.
* Help load gifts, personal items and keepsake items into designated vehicles and to assigned persons

Magical Marriages also provides the following following at an additional rate; otherwise, wedding planner and assistant will attend the rehearsal and wedding during the hours requested by the bride and groom.

  • Pick up flowers and cake (size limit applies)
  • Return Tuxedos & any other equipment
  • Create centerpieces
  • Discuss additional services needed such as lighting, beverage, entertainment, etc.
  • Revise customized task list if needed
  • Provide detailed timeline and floor plan
  • Review all vendor contracts, etc
